Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
How do I invite coaches to my team?
Go to the Team tab, then click "+ Invite Coach." Enter their email and assign a role. They'll receive an email with a link to create their account (or log in) and join your team.
Do assistant coaches need their own subscription?
No. Assistant coaches you invite get full access under your subscription at no extra charge. Only the head coach (the account that created the team) pays.
Can I export my practice plan to PDF?
Yes. After generating your plan in the Practice Planner (Step 3), click "Export PDF" in the toolbar above your plan. The PDF includes time slots, drill descriptions, video links, and coach assignments.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Password reset is coming soon. For now, contact us at support@swishscript.com with the email address on your account and we'll help you regain access.
How do I save a practice plan to a specific date on the calendar?
Click any date on the Practice Calendar to open it. You can create a new plan for that day (it saves automatically to that date) or assign an existing saved template. You can also drag saved templates onto dates.
